1. Who we are

DONN is offered by ML Empreendimentos e Consultoria Educacional Ltda., Brazil ("we"). Contact: contato@superaprendizagem.net.

2. What you buy

A one-time payment gives you a personal license to install and use the DONN system on your own computer during the beta. DONN runs through Claude Code. The beta is limited to six spots and may change as it develops.

3. What is not included

A Claude subscription or usage billing, any additional services you choose, and ad spend are not included. You pay those providers directly under their own terms.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your accounts, budgets, permissions, and for reviewing everything DONN produces before you publish it, including claims, prices, and legal compliance of your own product and ads. You remain responsible for campaigns run through your Meta Ads account.

5. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Meta's rules, permissions, and approval, and on the availability of Anthropic and other providers. We do not control those services.

6. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or any business result. See the Earnings Disclaimer.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The DONN system stays ours. What you create with DONN is yours, subject to the terms of the providers you use and to the rights of others. Your license is personal: you may not resell, share, or copy the DONN system.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for DONN. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or ad spend.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. This does not remove consumer rights you have where you live. Write to us first so we can try to solve any problem.
